About Your Instructor
Hi! I'm Dr Tullio Rossi, award-winning science communicator, marine biologist, and graphic designer. As the Founder of the science communication agency “Animate Your Science,” I help researchers tell their story to the world.
I've had the privilege of training over 9,000 researchers from 59 countries in the art of effective science communication since 2017. The guidance I provide in my trainings is based on years of real-world experience.
I'm also an avid Notion user, and the kind of person who talks about Notion even when nobody asked. I use it to run my business and as my personal second brain. I'd love to teach you everything I've learned in over five years as a Notion power user.

Do participants need prior experience?
Nope! This workshop is designed for a mixed room, from complete Notion beginners through to more experienced users. However, if your team already builds complex systems in Notion, this might not be the best fit.
What do participants need?
Just a free Notion account and a computer. The Notion AI and Agents section is a live demonstration, so nobody needs a paid plan to follow along.
Can the workshop be tailored to our team?
Yes. The content can be adapted for researchers, support staff or a mix of both.
